WRP has developed extensive procedures for production work
and handling material. Our Submittal
Guide presents our standard procedures for handling material. Note that
this has not been specifically tailored for a specific society--it is simply
our standard methods for handling submissions and material and the same will
apply to your society work. With our extensive experience with a large
number of historical societies comes an understanding of the pitfalls in
handling material.
An item not mentioned in the Submittal Guide is that we log
in all incoming material and all outgoing mail shipments, so we can quickly
track anything that has come in. This is invaluable when dealing with large
quantities of submittals.
We are experienced in nearly every aspect of historical
society work, and have procedures in place that cover the wide variety of
workflows that are part of every historical society.
